How to Sign Up for Jobs
Parent Participation is vital to the continued success of the team. It takes up to 50 volunteers to run a successful home swim meet and 16 volunteers for home dive meets. We can't manage meets or activities without you. Due to the tremendous amount of volunteer support needed, we require that each family help at the meets or social events during the swim and dive season. There are ways to help if you work full-time or have toddlers clinging to your leg. We work on a point system and each job has a point value assigned to it.
You must be signed into your account before you can sign up for jobs. Once signed in, click on the "Meets/Events" tab. There you will see a list of upcoming meets and events that have jobs associated with them. On the right hand side of each meet and event is a button labelled “JOB SIGNUP”. It will be green if jobs are still open and gray if all the jobs are filled.
Click on the “JOB SIGNUP” button on the right hand side of the even that you want volunteer at.
The next page will state “Not signed up for any volunteer shifts” if no jobs are signed up yet for this meet or event. If you have previously signed up to volunteer for this meet or event, it will be listed.
If you would like to sign up to volunteer at this event, click the black “Sign Up for Jobs” button at the bottom.
A list of all meet jobs available for sign-up will be displayed with start time (please sign in with a team rep at least 15 minutes BEFORE your job starts!), approximate end time, number of shifts available/needed, and point value. Roll your mouse over the "i" next to each job name to view a description of that job. Roll your mouse over the numbers in the “Filled” column to see who has already signed up for that job.
Put a check next to the job that you want to sign up for and click the “Save Assignments” button at the bottom.
You will then be signed up for that job. It will be listed at the top of this page.
To sign up for another meet or event, click on Meet/Events tab, and continue again as above.
Our swim and dive reps will be contacting any families who have not signed up for jobs.
