Good Afternoon! The Bettinger Rookie Dive Meet is on Sunday, 6/8. This is a great opportunity for your new diver to experience a meet before the season officially starts! Please see below for details:

Date: Sunday, June 8

Location: Regency Estates Swim Club, 11511 Gainsborough Dr., Potomac, MD

Timeline:

7:30 - noon Parking lot open to dive teams and judge trainees

8:15 - 9:45 Judges training; demonstration dives start at 9:00

9:25 - 9:55 Warmups

9:30 Rep/coaches meet at table to assign table slots and make dive order

9:55 National Anthem

10:00-11:45 Diving! 

Noon: Pool turns back over to membership

Concessions: We will be operating a concessions table. We'll be selling breakfast sandwiches, coffee, donuts, treats, and other goodies. For those taking the dive training, we will take orders and deliver to you during the training if we don't have your food ready beforehand (we had a bit of a mad rush the first year).

Parking:  Please ensure you are parking in designated spots only and not in a way that prohibits the flow of traffic. Please note that:

• Traffic is meant to be one way in the lot; please go to the far row when entering (see picture)
• Parking along the north fence is meant to be perpendicular to the fence, front-in parking.
• We have two parking spots at the front of our fence reserved for disabled guests – cars who do not have permission to park there will be towed.
• If the lot fills up, there is curbside parking along Gainsborough Road. Please be respectful of our neighbors and do not park in a way that blocks their driveways. 
  
  Attendance: Please let us know if your diver is planning to attend so we can cooridinate with our coaches.
