Updates to SWIM Clinics:

• Monday - Breast & Fly
• Tuesday - Starts
• Wednesday - Turns / Finishes
• Thursday - Free & Back

Sign-ups will open every Monday at 7:30am through this link. There are 12 slots per day.

DIVE Clinics:

• Monday - Front Dive / Flip
• Tuesday - Back Dive / Flip
• Wednesday - Inward / Reverse
• Thursday - Twists

Sign-ups for dive clinics are through this link. There will be 5 slots per day.
